Ignorant people are more likely to believe they are brilliant, while intelligent people are more likely to underestimate themselves. 

The happier you are, the less sleep you require to function in everyday life. Sadness increases the urge to sleep more. 

Don't let yourself be controlled by three things: people, money, or past experiences. 

You will always win when you are kind and loving. Don't give your power away with anger. 

A great relationship is about two things: First, appreciating the similarities and second, respecting the differences.

Give people time. Give people space. Don’t beg anyone to stay. Let them roam. What’s meant for you will always be yours & will find its way 

Crying is good for your health – Flushing unhealthy bacteria out of your body, strengthening the immune system and relieving stress.

Psychology says, you realize you love someone when you want them to be happy, even if it's not with you. 

Happiness comes when we stop complaining about the troubles we have and offer thanks for all the troubles we don't have. Life is a gift! 

Be grateful for the good times and keep the faith during the bad times. Stay positive when life gives you every reason to be negative. 

The more you hide your feelings, the more they show. The more you deny your feelings, the more they grow. 

Strangers can become best friends just as easy as best friends can become strangers.
